Some intermittent problems with slave lag and queue lag on Identi.ca over the last day or so, resulting in delays in timelines (showing activities minutes or hours old) and flooding of the real-time updates. Provisioning a few new database slaves to pick up the slack, which should get us back on an even track./post p strong Update: /strong New slave is in place; I'm going to add more over the weekend./post
